Truth asks for a steady vessel.
When the spirit is bitter, it cannot hold truth long enough to deliver it —
the anger leaks,
the clarity distorts,
and what was meant to heal becomes something that wounds.
But when the heart is calm, the truth arrives whole.
It can be carried without spilling,
spoken without harming, and offered without ego.
A peaceful spirit does not weaken truth; it protects it.
