When Decency Holds a Nation Together
Thought:
Decency must rise again because a nation cannot stay whole when its people forget how to treat one another.
Reflection:
When noise replaces respect, when outrage replaces listening, the very fabric that holds a country together begins to fray.
Decency is not sentimental — it is structural. It is the quiet force that keeps communities from turning against themselves, leaders from drifting into self‑interest, and citizens from losing faith in one another.
When Decency rises, trust becomes possible again — and trust is the oxygen of a free people.
